Your review goes live right away
When you submit a review, it publishes immediately with a "Pending admin review" label. Every review is still checked by a JamWatHQ admin — most are checked within 24 hours, sometimes longer during busy periods. Once approved, it counts toward the agency's rating and ranking; until then it's visible to everyone but doesn't affect the numbers.
You'll get an email when your review is approved or rejected. If it's rejected, it's removed from public view and you'll be told why. Reviews may be rejected for:
- Spam or fake content
- Inappropriate language or personal attacks
- Insufficient detail (fewer than 250 characters)
- Duplicate submissions
- Use of aliases or fake names — your account must display your real name
